Restore Membership
Somno memberships are tied to your App Store ID. After logging in with the original purchase ID, go to the subscription list page and click "Restore Purchases" at the bottom to restore your membership.
Cancel Subscription
- Open the App Store.
- Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find the Somno subscription and cancel it.
Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Open the App Store.
- Select the App Tab.
- Scroll down to find the "Request Refund" entry and follow the instructions on the page.
You can refer to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
Refund Request Denied
Apple will decide whether to approve the refund request based on the purchase history and account credibility.
Generally, refund requests are approved, but the following conditions may result in rejection:
- The item has been used for too long.
- The account has a history of frequent refund requests.
Warning
Refunds are entirely handled and reviewed by Apple. As developers, we do not have control over the refund process, so the decision made by Apple is final. Other refund requests are not supported. Thank you for your understanding.
